How can I get started?

Here’s how it works…

Before committing to hiring any coach, talk with them. I offer one complimentary 30-minute, exploratory session to see if we're a fit. Coaching is personal so trust your instincts when hiring one.

Once we’ve agreed to move forward I’ll send you a welcome packet. We’ll talk by phone for 45 minutes each session. Before each call you’ll receive a coaching prep form which serves as a guideline to share accomplishments, focus our strategies and highlight celebrations.

In our sessions I’ll tune in to what you are saying and what you are NOT saying. I’ll ask you questions to clarify what's really going on. We’ll focus on increasing the power of your intuition. Getting caught up in the symptoms of an issue can be distracting - we’ll focus on the source to creatively strategize an action plan. Remember, change and stretching are required for building momentum along your passionate path!

Every week you’ll have creative “homework” assignments. For example, we identify tasks that consistently aren’t being accomplished. You can accept, decline or renegotiate the assignment, empowering you to take action in areas you’ve previously put off. Each step forward creates energy -allowing space for more of abundance to flow into your life.

Between calls, I encourage you to e-mail me with questions, ideas, or curiosities. As your coach I’m by your side supporting you with observations, information, articles, or resources along the way.

Coaching begins with a commitment to yourself. Coaching is a PROCESS. 3-6 months of coaching is ideal, as it creates time to really achieve momentum. Many clients begin coaching to work on one area or project and continue on after they see results. The choice is always yours and you will pay month to month.

The first coaching session is attended by telephone for 45 minutes
(typically the first week each month) followed by 3 additional e-mail exercises/sessions, 1 each week.

E-mail coaching is VERY similar to traditional phone coaching - however, it's important to note that coaching by e-mail is definitely slower and can take more time than phone coaching. If you choose this alternative, remember it is a slower process. This is an ALTERNATIVE to phone coaching.

Terms:

Payment is due the 1st of the month and is payable by check or credit card through PayPal
