Passionate Theme of the Day: Vision
Listen to the Exhortation of the Dawn!
Look to this Day!
For it is Life, the very Life of Life.
In its brief course lie all the
Verities and Realities of your Existence.
The Bliss of Growth,
The Glory of Action,
The Splendor of Beauty;
For Yesterday is but a Dream,
And To-morrow is only a Vision;
But To-day well lived makes
Every Yesterday a Dream of Happiness,
And every Tomorrow a Vision of Hope.
Look well therefore to this Day!
Such is the Salutation of the Dawn!

Happy New Year passionate friends! My one week hiatus was well worth it. It was a bit challenging at first - not to blog, check my stats, or respond to e-mails in the 24-48 hour fashion I’m used to. But I wouldn’t be walking my talk if I didn’t allow myself some (much needed) downtime.
In the coaching world, we talk a lot about self-care and nurturing our body, mind and spirit. That is exactly what I did. I had FUN, found inspiration, rested, played, loved, laughed, listened, talked, ate, drank in moderation (OK, except for the one night with the Sex by the Pool shots, but that was the first crazy night my sis and I have had in a long time!), watched some cool flicks (check out Click with Adam Sandler, funny with a good message), listened to some cool new music (Wind it Up Gwen Stefani), gave and received gifts…both tangible and of time and energy, and let my mind wander, explore, play and drift off.
It really did feel like I stepped into another dimension. More flow-y and less regimented. Which also showed me how focused I typically live my daily life. That’s what got me thinking about my vision for 2007. I intend to have the BIGGEST, BADDEST, BOLDEST and ROCKIN’est year yet! I’m excited to streamline and simplify the PMP website and blog to maximize services for readers and clients. And I want to PLAY more PASSIONATELY with YOU this year.
So let’s PLAY with your vision for 2007, shall we? If your vision were a song, what would it be? Would it be a jazzy number or a power ROCK ballad? What if it were a movie? What category would your vision film fall into? Are you into games? OK, design a video game with your 1 year vision in mind. What do the different levels look like? Your vision could be a Broadway musical or a play. It could be a TV show or a poem. Into painting? What is your medium? If your vision were a photograph what would it look like? Would you have a whole gallery of pictures? How about a vacation destination? If your 2007 were a destination would it be a beach, a ski resort or an ancient city?
I invite you to PLAY with me and really stretch yourself this year. Let’s sing our songs, paint our pictures, film our movies, splatter the paint, travel the world, and tap dance our way into 2007 with great BIG, JUICY, JOYFUL, ABUNDANT visions. Seven is my lucky number. I’m not into superstitions, but I DO love something about the number 7. I don’t know about you…but I’m feelin’ lucky!
What one inspired action can you take today to move forward toward clarifying your vision? How BIG do you want to PLAY in double-oh-seven?
You gotta SEE it to BELIEVE it…
My future is SO bright…I gotta wear super fly shades,
Kam

Welcome back after a wonderful hiatus. Sounds like you really made good use of the time! Can’t believe you’re talking about vision...we must be on the same wave length. I just posted my “Vision 2007” collage on my blog yesterday (subject to revision, but pretty darn cool). Here’s to a fabulous new year!

Heck ya girl, you are poised for breakthrough greatness in 2007 Kam-a-rama-ding-dong! Whoo hoo!
My theme song for you is Welcome Back by John Sebastian, which I’d sing for you if you called me.
And my theme song for 2007 has got to be Elvis Costello’s Every Day I Write the Book, as I am working on my second book this year!

Van Halen - Right Now.
For 2007, does it get any better than that (especially the video?)

Super fly shades huh? THAT is a bright future Miss. Kammie K. I’m no fortune teller, but I predict your name among those of the stars this year.
You know I love a stretch. My vision is one of photographs. Little snippets of time, almost like in a movie. Passionate, patient, serene, tender and inspired moments from the 007.
Great questions to get one thinking today from a super fly coach!
