Passionate Theme of the Week: Crushes
“It takes a minute to have a crush on someone, an hour to like someone and a day to love someone - but it takes a lifetime to forget someone.” ~Anonymous
I’ve got it bad this week. Some serious bloggy crushes have taken a hold of my heart. No, not the “I want to have their baby” type crushes…just got my eye on a couple of blogs that make me smile, make my heart soar, and give me the warm fuzzies.
I take that back…I might be open to having Craig Harper’s baby. But seeing that he lives on the other side of the planet, that’s highly unlikely! Ha! (Seriously…e-me Craig).
Here are some of my crushes finest works from this week:
Positivity Blog shares tricks for How to Move Beyond Being a Self-Help Junkie, including a video clip of the Sedona Method.
Craig Harper shows his silly side and gives a shout out to Steve Pavlina
in this video clip from his post, Personal Development Mirth(after watching this you’ll see why I find him so charming and hilarious…I dig funny!)
Ririan Project has some yummy advice in his post Get Your Soul in Shape with these 11 Most Deeply Held Wisdoms. I love #8 – Unwrap the Present, #10 Take the Love Drug, and #11 Pool Your Tears…dive in!
Copyblogger shares some old school wisdom in The Benjamin Franklin Guide to Marketing Your Business Online.
And I’ll admit, I’ve got a girly crush this week too…Lise Richards writes this lovely piece on Creative Intention for Creativity Portal.
Here’s a nibble “We are connected. The internet gives us a space to set up camp and declare who we are. Sometimes we are part of the support system supplying materials and resources for other creative people to use. Other times we are the front line; showing our work and sharing ideas.” You see? She rocks!
There you have it friends, my crushes this week are as diverse as they are deep. Stop on by when you find a couple of free minutes this weekend…I promise it’ll be worth the clickage.
Peace and love,
Kam
