Passion Meets Purpose Has Been Tagged!

Passionate Theme of the Day: FUN

Hey ya’ll…I’m a bit late with the tag game. For those readers that aren’t aware – there is a game of tag running round the blogosphere. I was tagged by my friend Phil (who probably thinks I don’t like to play tag, since I haven’t yet joined in the fun) so here it is:

Five things you might not know about me:

1) I was kind of a tomboy as a kid. I LOVED playing soccer and was a mean shortstop on the softball field. I also happened to have loved playing tag too. Yep, freeze tag and TV tag were my favs. I was the girl chasing down boys in my big wheel and running around with bloody knees and scraped-up elbows!

2) Looking back it seems inevitable that I’m fascinated with new technology and media methods. I remember playing “movies” in my basement and using a flashlight, some taped up coloring book pages on our chalkboard and playing music to “set the tone” for the scenes. Maybe I’m still set to create a film one day?

3) Was almost proposed to in kindergarten by my dragon slaying, wooden-block, castle building boyfriend named Chip. He reportedly brought his mom’s old wedding ring to class (she was divorced), but he brought it the day after I moved out of town. Day late and a diamond ring short I guess. Haven’t been proposed to since. But I’m diggin’ one that would probably slay me a dragon, and build me a castle. OK, maybe he’d build me a sand castle. Oh, and serve me fruity drinks with little umbrella’s in them! That’d be cool.

4) I’m a rock star. Yes. You haven’t seen me on MTV. Nor have I received any awards. Yet. But cruise thru my part of town on any given day and you’ll find me rockin’ out in the car. My car IS my studio. Rockin’ out is one of my favorite ways to release joy, frustration, energy, and emotions. I can’t say I’m big in Japan yet, but ask the locals and they might tell you otherwise.

5) I heart animals. Especially dogs and horses. I think it’s their eyes. I take one look in them and get lost. I’m so intrigued with what they think and how their minds work. I used to ride horses a lot as a girl and their gentle spirit is so soulful and calming. And MY dogs? Forget about it. They’re like my kids! Chance and Trixie forever!

So that’s it for now folks. Hope that wasn’t too revealing!! Now it’s my turn…I’m tagging Nneka, Maria Palma, Tony D. Clark, Dick Richards and Rick Cockrum. YOU’re IT!!

Have a bruises on your knees, dirt under your finger nails, bugs in your hair, kool-aid mustache kinda day,
Kamsmile

O gracious!

(This is sooo much easier than the way your old commenting worked. Thank you!)

Rick~

hahah...LOL!! Yes, we’re tweaking things for an even bigger and better 2007 version of the PMP...that’s just one of the little things to make it more user friendly. Keep an eye out for a “more” button (so ppl don’t have to scroll so much)...a “buzz” page to keep up on latest happnening all across the b-sphere, and a refreshed and WAY better resources page.

Good stuff coming, good stuff!

Oh yeah, and podcasts to boot!!

Thanks for noticing,
Kamsmile
