Passionate Theme of the Day: Inspiration
This week has been an interesting one. Lessons learned. Life lived. Opportunities presented themselves as if out of the blue. Emotions ran amuck but was able to focus on the present moment and reel those rambling thoughts back to a place that brings me inner peace and joy. Whew!
That being said, I wanted to take today to send some link-love out to blogs that bring me JOY and inspiration!! Blogging is an amazing way to connect with some of the coolest people on this planet. Here’s some of my favs…
Mucho luv-o to Phil Gerbyshak at Make it Great! The name says it all. If you haven’t visited MIG, shake your booty on over and grab a nibble to nosh on! From business to motivation, from strategy to innovation, MIG’s got ya covered.
Liz at Successful Blog is the regal queen of the blogosphere. Her eloquent writing tips, blogging tips, unique ideas for creativity and just all around warm personality draws readers in. It’s like the Cheers of the b-sphere. Pull up a bar stool and settle in for a chat. Liz offers up a welcome smile and wisdom in a way that you know she’s talking to you not at you.
Terry Starbucker at Ramblings from a Glass Half Full just makes me smile. Being a music enthusiast I LOVE that he’s doing a soundtrack for his life. Drop on in and see for yourself why Starbucker is one of the dashing gentlemen of the blogosphere. And who can resist Troy Worman’s enthusiasm at Orbit Now? His Og Mandino quotes alone are enough for a daily drive by. Skooch on over!
I recently discovered Dontoearth. Check out Don’s wikipedia entry! At 92 he’s one of the world’s oldest (and wisest) bloggers. If I end up with half the sass and fire this guy’s got when I’m 92, I’ll die a happy gal! Check out his post, My Experience with Lung Cancer & TB, which as it turned out…he didn’t have lung cancer, so had been operated on for NO reason! Read on to find out how Don turned the experience into a positive one. An amazingly spunky, engagingly human storyteller. You better go listen in!
While you’re at it, Gather Round over at Dick Richards ongenius.com and check out his Top 12 posts. Although the one I recently tagged was the Purpose Prescription. Dick’s genius is definitely at work! Do yourself a favor, go get schooled by the genius himself.
Blogging buddy Holly, at Holly’s Corner talks all things family, kiddos, work/life balance (is there such a thing?) and does it all with a style and flair I hope to have when I arrive in the mommy-hood (if that is where my path takes me).
You’ve probably heard me mention my pal Kirsten from Think Positive blog, but just incase, here’s another chance to link on over and get a fix! Kirsten’s loaded up the space with positive affirmations, gratitude’s, and musings on how to increase your mind, body, spirit connection and general greatness. Just yesterday she was even expressed gratitude for being my blogging buddy. Thanks Kirsten!
And the list wouldn’t be complete without mentioning my two favorite coach buddies. First there’s Pam with her dynamic duo of blogs Make the Most of U and Walking My Own Walk . If you’re looking for great insights or questions to make you really think, check out make the most of you. And watch Pam as she’s walks her talk and shares her ups, downs and everything in between. Pam is my rock!
Speaking of rocks, next up is my girl Katie over at Morning Monologue. Katie is my rock climbing’ role model and is always stretching her limits. She inspires me to keep reaching for new heights and always expect the BEST!
Wrapping things up, I am finally able to officially announce that I am contributing over at Andy Wibbels coachamatic.com. Click on over for instant access to greatness from about 30 of the most diverse and amazing coaches I have had the pleasure of getting to know. I learn something new each time I’m over there, so get in gear and get on over.
There ya have it folks. A list of some truly inspiring blogs and some of the coolest people you’ll come across…all wearing the title “blogger”. Grab a beverage, shut the office door and spend the rest of the afternoon making a mad dash around the blogosphere. You won’t be disappointed! Have a great weekend and stay passionate.
I blog therefore I am,
Kammie K.
ps...the list wouldn’t be complete without a shout-out to my uber-cool, all things law of attraction friend JT Chandler at jtchandler.com. He’s a true Kam-bassador and his site is ALL good! Check it out.

Kammie, thanks for the link, and your very kind words about me. The only times I usually hear the word “dashing” is when friends see me trying to find the nearest Starbucks!
All the best.
