Focus Your Intention to Manifest Your Desires

Passionate Theme of the Day: Focus

“When you write down your ideas you automatically focus your full attention on them. Few if any of us can write one thought and think another at the same time. Thus a pencil and paper make excellent concentration tools.” Michael Leboeuf

Just got off the phone with a client which was similar to a conversation I had with a friend and fellow coach last night. Themes in both conversations centered on these fine folks feeling scattered, overwhelmed, zapped of energy and confused.

As synchronicity would have it I also received this e-mail from Money, Meaning and Beyond coach Andrea Lee in my in-box this morning. Her latest blog post, Overwhelm Me Already!, shares her top 20 tips for bringing on more business with less effort.

My favorite? #20:

“Apply the ‘one-thing’ rule.
What one thing, and one thing only, will you choose to do today/this week/this month/this year? Everything else falls into place in service to the one thing.
Bonus: Ask, “How might you be making things much harder than they need to be?”
Also known as ‘being too smart for your own good.’
How can things be much simpler?”

So I talked to my friend last night, and with my client today (which really just reinforced what I needed to hear), about writing it down. Get super clear. Focus in on that one BIG idea. One TOP priority and then focus our intention on that. We can co-create our reality. But until we get SUPER clear about what we really want to create next, we’ll get mixed results.

This week I’m committing to writing down and fleshing out my top intention. What will you commit to writing down so that YOU can manifest your hearts deepest desires? Focus on that ONE thing and really dig deep. After you dust off the dirt and dust bunnies, your intention to bring your creation to life will blossom just as surely as the flowers of springtime!

Focus on your dreams one yellow brick at a time…
