Passionate Theme of the Day: Focus

Often it seems what I write about here on the blog is exactly what I am dealing with in my own life. Today I’m having trouble focusing. It’s Monday, I’m sleepy (Sat. night rolled into Sunday morning so I’m dragging), and it’s summer! Maybe this is a naturally difficult time to focus. But last week was week one of our 14-day Kick-in-the-Booty Challenge and I’m checking in to see where everyone is with their commitments.

Last night as I was watching my latest favorite addiction, So You Think You Can Dance, I got to thinking about opportunity. If you’ve never watched the show, it’s essentially American Idol for dancers.

Hello passionate people. Returned this week from my visit to Cali. This much is clear. I WILL live at the beach! Not sure when, or how yet…but a plan is brewing. I LOVE the diversity, culture, laid-back attitude, gorgeous ocean (it helps balance my fiery Aries nature), cool people and health conscious mentality.
