Happy holidays! This will be my final post for a little while. I am taking next week off to re-boot, re-charge, re-fresh, and re-energize so that 2007 will start off with a clean slate. Before I begin my Xtreme Self-Care week and mini-hiatus, I just wanted to say THANK YOU.

Don’t know about you, but I feel like I’m on “holiday time” already. I’m off work starting Friday thru all of next week, but my mind has almost checked out! I’m going to give myself the pleasure of taking off from blogging and working on the PMP business as well. I want to begin 2007 with a fresh, energized, perspective – therefore, I need some down time and FUN time.

Passionate Theme of the Day: Inspiration

I’ve been listening to the CD version of Wayne Dyer’s latest book (thought I’d get thru it faster in the car than trying to read at midnight) called Inspiration Your Ultimate Calling. All I can say is WOW. For those of you familiar with his work, you know that Wayne is a master teacher if ever there was one. And for those of you that aren’t familiar with his work…you should make friends with Wayne’s work fast!

Search online or look for his work in your local bookstore and choose the book that speaks to you. You can also listen to his radio show at HayHouseRadio.com. Plus, listening, you gain the added benefit of hearing Wayne’s smooth, soothing, relaxing voice. It’s good stuff people. Listening to or reading his work always finds me happy, peaceful and re-energized!

G’day Passionate People! Just gotta say that the blogosphere is one of THE coolest locales to be hangin’ in round the holidays. Full of zest and spirit, everyone is so gracious with sharing holiday sentiments and goodwill. Woke up this morning with some holiday cheer in my in-box from Holly at Holly’s Corner. As often is the case in the blogosphere, the topic I am talking about today was already covered the last 2 days by some of my favorite bloggers.

Here’s how it all went down: yesterday I received The Power of Forgiveness by Ray at Zenchill Blog delivered hot and fresh to my in-box. I have to say I think it is one of the best articles I’ve read on forgiveness in a long time. So I sat down this morning to write a little ditty to follow-up on his topic, and lo and behold, my good friend, Phil G. from Make it Great! had touched on the topic as well.

G’day Passionate People! Ya’ll KNOW I’m a music maniac, right? I always find inspiration though the words, sounds and beats that music serves up hot and delicious anytime we’re ready for a nibble.

Well I’ve been diggin’ on this Hootie and the Blowfish rendition of Bill Withers song, Use Me. I know this song is not intended to be perceived in the way I’m about to discuss, but for the purpose of this post, I’m gonna share my re-interpretation of the song.

Passionate Theme of the Day: Peace of Mind

Thought it was appropriate to use this quote on this day of remembrance of John Lennon’s death. I love the Beatles and Lennon’s music. His words are filled with love and joy and peace and happiness. He instilled hope and faith and positive vibes in our world. His energy lives on though his music and I thank him for that eternal gift.

That got me thinking. What would the world look like if we lived in Lennon’s version of it? How would we love and play and work and connect? How would we love ourselves? How would we connect with and love our neighbors? What would we do to nurture our environment? How would we change our language? Our behavior?

This post over at positivesharing.com got me thinking. Lately I have been bitten by the procrastination bug. Kinda like a flu-bug. Only less feverish and more damaging if not administered to properly.
